I have leaned on Adriana as my Professional Coach for almost seven years now, during which I experienced four dramatic job changes and multiple organizational alignment transformations.  Never has there been such an exciting albeit tumultuous time in my career and that’s in addition to a global pandemic right in the middle of it.  Adriana has been a source of stability, guidance and self-realization at a time that I have been challenged in so many ways. Her steady balance of empathy and ability to pull out ‘what’s really going on here’ has provided the insight that I have needed to continually grow and be my whole self every day, and I am forever grateful.
